Position Highlights
• Flexible Schedules:
• 5 PM–1 AM EST and/or 11 PM–7 AM EST
• Options for 7 on/7 off or 7 on/14 off schedules, with extended hours available if desired.
• Streamlined Workflow: Unified worklist featuring template-driven reports and study-specific prompts to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
• Specialized Support: Access to a network of sub-specialty radiologists for consultation on complex cases.
• Diverse Case Mix: 60% Neuro, 25% Body, 15% MSK.
• Rewarding Compensation:
• Average base pay ranges from $470,000 to $550,000, with unlimited bonus potential tied to productivity, quality, and performance.
• Path to Partnership: Two-year track to partnership with additional leadership opportunities.

Compensation Overview
Schedule 1: 7 Days On / 7 Days Off
• 5 PM–1 AM EST: $470,000 average base pay
• 11 PM–7 AM EST: $550,000 average base pay
Schedule 2: 7 Days On / 14 Days Off
• 5 PM–1 AM EST: $280,000 average base pay
• 11 PM–7 AM EST: $330,000 average base pay
Bonuses: Uncapped bonuses paid with each payroll based on productivity and quality metrics.
