About This Opportunity
As a Customer Success Account Manager at arenaflex, you will serve as a trusted advisor to our enterprise clients, guiding and leading discussions that facilitate the achievement of their business objectives. You will leverage your deep interest in arenaflex's ecosystem to drive meaningful outcomes for our clients. Working collaboratively with the Account Team, you will create comprehensive customer success plans and contribute to shared account strategies that support our clients' business transformation initiatives and industry-specific needs.

What You'll Do
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain robust engagement models with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
Manage and support strategic relationships with key client stakeholders and technical experts to enable quality solution delivery
Develop client relationships beyond current contract engagements, focusing on understanding business needs and how they align with client value propositions
Identify, investigate, communicate, and influence key client technical and business partners at various organizational levels
Guide and facilitate discussions to accomplish client business goals by leveraging your passion for technology and business outcomes
Map internal roles to client needs to activate comprehensive client support
Establish and maintain strong internal stakeholder relationships
Learn to establish executive-level internal relationships
Develop communication strategies for maintaining business value discussions at executive levels
Gather information on business and IT objectives for client organizations to identify needs and guide them toward appropriate solutions
Contribute to the development of shared client account plans that support client objectives
Technical Expertise and Strategic Guidance
Apply understanding of client technology platforms and arenaflex's technology roadmap to enable digital transformation
Participate in client discussions and demonstrate alignment between client goals and arenaflex's comprehensive solution portfolio
Lead program planning and client-facing program reviews, prioritization of engagements, and management of key stakeholder and executive expectations
Collaborate with clients to proactively identify growth opportunities, optimize usage, and drive adoption
Understand, identify, and adapt arenaflex solutions and technical capabilities (including Azure, Modern Work, and Dynamics) to client needs
Use technical acumen and industry awareness to translate client contexts into business impacts and value
Identify client scenarios and collaborate with technical experts to discover relevant cross-cloud technology solutions
Develop awareness of the cloud technology marketplace, including arenaflex competitors
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Sociology, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field
Experience: Minimum 2+ years of customer success, solution delivery, practice management, client-facing consulting, or portfolio management experience
Cloud Expertise: 2+ years of experience with cloud services, particularly Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Collaboration Skills: Experience working with Account and Delivery teams to develop and execute customer success plans aligned with specific business transformation initiatives and industry requirements
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or a related discipline
Professional certifications in cloud platforms or customer success management
Experience in enterprise software sales or strategic account management
Deep understanding of digital transformation trends and best practices
Proven track record of managing complex stakeholder relationships
Experience in consulting or professional services environments
