We're seeking a Survey Solutions Programmer to design and implement sophisticated survey systems that power our client's product testing platform. This role is crucial in maintaining the high-quality data collection standards that major brands rely on for their product development decisions. The position combines technical expertise in survey programming with an understanding of consumer research methodology to create engaging, effective testing experiences.
The Impact you’ll make
Survey Design & Implementation
• Program complex surveys using platforms like Alchemer, Typeform, and Qualtrics
• Design and implement sophisticated logic flows and conditional branching
• Create user-friendly interfaces that maintain high completion rates
Technical Development
• Develop and maintain quiz scoring systems
• Implement data piping and redirect mechanisms
• Troubleshoot technical issues in real-time
Quality Assurance
• Conduct thorough testing of survey functionality
• Ensure the accuracy of data collection methods
• Maintain documentation of survey logic and changes
Project Collaboration
• Work with project managers to understand testing requirements
• Contribute to improving survey methodology
• Support real-time data dashboard integration
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Required:
• Proven experience with survey platforms (Alchemer, Typeform, or Qualtrics)
• Demonstrated ability to implement complex survey logic and piping
• Experience with quiz scoring and redirect mechanisms
• Track record of maintaining high completion rates
• Background in consumer research or product testing
• WFH Set-Up:
• Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
• Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
• Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
• Back-up computer and internet connection
• Quiet, dedicated workspace at home

• Occasional weekend availability for urgent matters
• 20 hours per week
Compensation:
