Surgical Center Nurse Compliance Specialist - Hybrid

IVI RMA North America is seeking a full-time Surgical Center Nurse Compliance Specialist to support Boston IVF locations and other IVI RMA locations as needed You will be accountable for ensuring that IVI RMA North America practices operate in full compliance with all applicable local and federal regulations governing Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASC) and Office-Based Surgery (OBS). This role requires a high degree of autonomy, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong analytical thinking and effective problem-solving skills are essential to succeed in this position.

Job Purpose: The Surgical Center Compliance Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that the surgical center adheres to all relevant laws, regulations and ethical standards. They will be responsible for maintaining IVIRMA's compliance framework by regularly assessing and updating compliance policies, conducting audits to identify any potential issues and investigate any compliance concerns.

Essential Functions and Accountabilities:
• Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.
• Conduct audits and risk assessments to identify compliance issues.
• Investigate and resolve compliance concerns and complaints.
• Develop and deliver compliance training to employees.
• Monitor changes in healthcare law and update policies accordingly.
• Keep accurate records of all compliance activities.
• Prepare detailed compliance reports for management.
• Work with various teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
Academic Training:
• BSN Degree
• Studies level: University Education (Bachelor's degree)
• Studies area: Nursing, Healthcare Administration

Position Requirements/Experience:
• Previous experience in women's health or reproductive endocrinology and infertility - preferred
• Familiarity with healthcare laws and regulations, including HIPAA
Technical Skills:
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze and solve compliance issues
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Teamwork: Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
