The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and fostering relationships to drive sales growth. Duties
ā¢ Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
ā¢ Engage in cold calling to initiate contact with prospective customers.
ā¢ Utilize Salesforce for tracking leads, managing accounts, and reporting sales activities.
ā¢ Negotiate terms of sales agreements and close deals effectively.
ā¢ Upsell products and services to existing clients to maximize revenue.
ā¢ Collaborate with the inside sales team to develop strategic sales plans.
ā¢ Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up on leads promptly.
ā¢ Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Experience
ā¢ Proven experience in technology sales or technical sales is preferred.
ā¢ Background in retail sales or direct sales is a plus.
ā¢ Familiarity with account management practices and upselling techniques.
ā¢ Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
ā¢ Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is highly desirable.
ā¢ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for success in this role.
ā¢ Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a collaborative environment.
