Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for product and service expansion. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of supply merchandising plans. Monitor and track the performance of products and services, making adjustments as needed to drive results. Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to stay informed on industry trends and inform decision-making. Build strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms to ensure availability and quality of products and services. Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional and pricing strategies for new and existing products.
