Come build with us!We are seeking a talented and experienced Techno-functional Enterprise Architect for Proof-of-Concept to join our team at Lyric. As an Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing and developing Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for supply chain planning use cases for large enterprise customers. You will work closely with internal teams, prospective customers, and external partners to showcase the capabilities of our solutions and drive the adoption of our technology. Your expertise will be crucial in aligning our solutions with customer needs and demonstrating their value through practical, data-driven examples.Expectations / ResponsibilitiesWork closely with prospective clients to gather requirements, understand pain points, and identify opportunities where Lyric's solutions can provide valueUnderstand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions that demonstrate the value of Lyric's offeringsScope, design & lead the build and delivery of high-impact pilots and proof-of-concepts that clearly demonstrate Lyric’s supply planning capabilities. Designs dashboards and KPIs for executive-level demo journeysAccelerate prospect conversion by configuring and presenting realistic supply chain planning scenarios with speed and precisionPresent PoCs and technical demonstrations to customers, effectively communicating the features, benefits, and differentiators of our solutionsCreate a library of reusable planning templates and constraint scenarios to support scalable PoC deploymentCollaborate closely with data scientists, modellers, and strategists to bring complex planning use cases to lifeRequirements / Compentencies12+ years in supply planning, pre-sales, solution consulting, or planning operationsHands-on experience with tools like Blue Yonder, o9, Kinaxis, Anaplan, or Logility etcStrong understanding of enterprise supply chain planning workflows, architectures and solutionsPlanning experience with executive planning layers (demand, supply, inventory, production planning etc)Comfortable working with partial/incomplete datasets and iterating with business and technical stakeholdersProven ability to shape and demo solutions that match real-world operationsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organizationStay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in supply chain management to provide innovative solutions to customers.
