Position Summary OCH is seeking a Donor Management Systems Coordinator to oversee our fundraising systems, data, and prospect research. This role will serve as the primary Salesforce NPSP administrator, ensuring our systems effectively support major gifts and grants across our global network. The role also manages prospect research tools—including WealthX and Relationship Science—to provide actionable insights that strengthen donor cultivation and grant-seeking. Reporting to development leadership, this position ensures fundraisers and executives have accurate data, reporting, and research to guide strategy and decision-making. This is a full-time, remote, salaried position classified as FLSA Exempt Key Responsibilities • Administer Salesforce NPSP: roles, permissions, workflows, integrations, and reporting. • Build and maintain dashboards tracking major gift portfolios, grant deadlines, and revenue forecasting. • Lead data governance and hygiene across donor, prospect, and grant records. • Configure automated workflows for gift entry, acknowledgments, grant reporting, and stewardship. • Conduct prospect research with WealthX, Relationship Science, iWave, DonorSearch, and similar tools. • Generate reports and dashboards for leadership, finance, and boards. • Train staff on Salesforce best practices and reporting. • Collaborate with development directors and finance to align revenue tracking and reporting. Key Deliverables: Track and report on donor portfolios, prospect activity, and giving trends. Deliver regular updates, dashboards, and analyses to support leadership, board, and fundraising efforts. Provide ad-hoc briefings linking fundraising to mission impact. Qualifications / Skills Needed • 3–5 years’ experience in development operations, fundraising data management, or nonprofit systems. • Expertise in Salesforce NPSP administration, configuration, and reporting. • Hands-on experience with WealthX and Relationship Science (required). • Familiarity with other prospect research tools (iWave, DonorSearch). • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to train colleagues. • Commitment to OCH’s mission and values.
