As a Supply Chain Manager at Scalesforth, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing our supply chain processes to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and seamless coordination across all stages of the supply chain.Responsibilities:Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies that align with the company's objectives and growth plans.Manage and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand, plan procurement, and ensure timely delivery of products to meet customer needs.Analyze market trends, industry developments, and technological advancements to proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate supply chain performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and partners to negotiate favorable terms and ensure the reliability of the supply chain network.Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing supply chain team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.Required Skills:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
