Supply Chain General (Demand Planner)

Develop and implement demand forecasting strategies to ensure accurate and timely planning for product availability.
Analyze historical data, market trends, and customer demand to make informed decisions on inventory levels and procurement needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and operations to gather and assess demand forecasts and align on supply chain plans.
Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained and avoid excess or shortage.
Continuously evaluate and improve demand planning processes and systems to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Communicate with suppliers to negotiate pricing, lead times, and resolve any supply chain issues that may arise.
Prepare and present regular reports on demand planning and forecasting metrics to senior management.
Identify and mitigate potential supply chain risks, such as delays or disruptions, and develop contingency plans.
Coordinate with logistics and distribution teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products to customers.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in demand planning and supply chain management to drive continuous improvement.
