Many facilities and services are offered such as first class golfing venues and renowned universities, a skeet range, riding stables, ice skating rink, state-of-the-art fitness centers, daycare, star-quality dining, full service banking, convenience shop, barbershop, and florist.ResponsibilitiesAs a Clinical/Neonatal ICU Supervisory Nurse you will:Performs a variety of supervisory, administrative, and clinical duties as the Supervisor (Head Nurse) of the NICUPlans work to be accomplished by subordinates, sets and adjusts short term priorities and prepares schedules for completion of workDevelops staff in effective interpersonal communication and critical thinking skillsEvaluates nursing interventions based on patient's response and revises nursing care plan accordingly.Develop nursing care assignments to various skill levels of professional and nonprofessional personnel.Supervise nursing staff, managed shift assignments, and conducted performance evaluations.Lead training programs, ensuring cross-training and neonatal education for staff.Contribute to policy development and revisions, focusing on quality and infection control.Complete reports and maintain records to ensure compliance and efficient neonatal care.Monitors and oversees staff performance to assure work is accomplished in a timely mannerReviews and assists in the revision of nursing care plans as needed.Provide advanced NICU care, administering treatments and managing neonatal equipment.QualificationsUS Citizenship requiredMust have passed the National Council Licensure Examination and possess a current, active, full, and unrestricted license or registration as a professional nurse from a State, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a territory of the United States.Possession of a diploma, associate's degree, bachelor's degree, or master's degree from a professional nursing educational program and at least one full year of professional nursing experience as an Registered Nurse.
