Supervisor - Unified Security Control Center

The Supervisor – Incident Command & Control Center (ICCC) is responsible for leading and overseeing real-time operations within the command center during assigned shifts, ensuring 24/7 situational awareness, incident monitoring, and emergency coordination across AD Ports Group facilities.The role ensures that all incidents are logged, validated, escalated, and closed within required timeframes, based on approved security procedures and escalation protocols. Although the role has no direct HR reporting lines, the Supervisor provides functional leadership and operational guidance to outsourced CCTV operators working during the shift.The Supervisor ensures compliance with security plans, emergency management procedures, AD Ports security requirements, and the Security Management System, while maintaining the integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality of all ICCC data and systems.ResponsibilitiesCore Responsibilities:Lead the ICCC operations during assigned shifts, ensuring uninterrupted monitoring and command capabilities. Respond to incidents in real time and participate in the preparation, maintenance, and implementation of security risk assessments by providing accurate incident data, operational observations, and system insights from the control center.Provide functional supervision to outsourced CCTV/control room operators to ensure adherence to monitoring protocols and reporting standards. Ensure strict compliance with SOPs, security work instructions, emergency procedures, and shift protocols. Conduct structured shift handovers and ensure continuity across 24/7 operations. Make immediate operational decisions during emergencies until the Manager assumes control.Oversee real-time monitoring of CCTV systems, alarms, access control events, AI‑enabled alerts, and emergency communication channels. Ensure operators log all incidents accurately, clearly, and promptly. Validate incidents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance before escalation or closure. Escalate high-priority incidents to relevant authorities and management in accordance with the escalation matrix.Monitor proper functioning of CCTV, control systems, alarms, and communication platforms. Ensure operators report system faults immediately and escalate them as per security procedures. Track system issues until resolved and ensure correct documentation of malfunctions and actions taken.Act as the coordination point between the command center, field security teams, and emergency responders. Maintain liaison with AD Police, Civil Defense, Customs, Immigration, CICPA, and other authorities as required. Coordinate planned and unplanned activities affecting security readiness. Prepare accurate shift reports, incident logs, operational dashboards, and summaries for management review. Consolidate outsourced operator logs and ensure data integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality. Maintain all reports, documentation, and sensitive data in accordance with AD Ports security policies.Ensure work is conducted in accordance with regulations, security standards, and AD Ports legal requirements. Monitor adherence to incident reporting workflows, document formats, and reporting systems. Support internal/external audits, inspections, and compliance reviews.Identify gaps in procedures, operational bottlenecks, or recurring issues and report them to the Manager. Support new operator familiarization and provide on‑shift guidance (functional only).
