JOB DESCRIPTIONSUPERVISOR SOCIAL MEDIA & INFLUENCERPRoteinJob SummaryWe seek a highly skilled and strategic Supervisor Social Media & Influencer to join our growing social media team. This role is pivotal in crafting and executing innovative social media and influencer strategies that align with our clients business goals enhance brand awareness and foster engagement with key audiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media management content creation and datadriven strategy. You are ontrend in the social and digital space having your fingers on the pulse of the rapidly evolving social/digital ecosystem and guidelines for the health industry. You are laserfocused on delivering measurable business solutions for clients.Key Job Responsibilities (Duties may include but are not limited to all or some of the following)Strategic & Account Leadership
Play a pivotal role in handling the daytoday activities for account teams including working with the Managing Director to drive client business and programs connecting across all division teams and providing client counsel
Be responsive and available to the team and clients with a roll up your sleeves mentality (on internal and external calls reviewing materials working closely with the VP on staffing roles and responsibilities developing plans and strategic materials with the team)
Be flexible and manage teams across accounts; coordinate with team on resources and mentor and manage staff
Bring on agency resources to create the best teams and deliver results for your clients
Develop and execute strategic campaigns across all media channels earned paid owned and shared
Display strong presentation skills including confidence in presenting to clients present and potential
Develop and edit highquality written materials including client annual plans creative programs social strategy and content media and other stakeholder communications/materials etc.
Develop relationships and coordinate across external audiences: thirdparty organizations healthcare professionals media etc.
Contribute to new business program development and pitches
Financial Management
Explore and create opportunities for incremental business growth within your clients organizations
Manage team driving program plans and budgets; ensure regular communication on budget status to clients and agency management
Develop project budgets staff plans and oversee daytoday client finance and billing process
Daily weekly and monthly management of forecasting/projections with senior management supervision
Agency Integration & Culture
Build and maintain strong client relationships on behalf of CalciumCompany
Optimize CalciumCompany resources to increase efficiency knowledge sharing and outputs
Know the CalciumCompany vision values and structure including the full range of agency products services and capabilities
Cultivate diverse teams and contribute to an inclusive working and learning environment
Job Qualifications (Skills/Requirements)
45 years of social media and influencer strategy experience ideally in an agency or integrated marketing environment
Ability to think critically and strategically
Extensive knowledge of paid/organic social mechanics across Meta LinkedIn Reddit TikTok and emerging platforms
Demonstrated experience turning insights into content briefs or creative direction and leading kickoffs with crossfunctional teams
Strong knowledge of platform analytics tools and social monitoring platforms (e.g. Brandwatch Meta Business Manager TikTok Ads etc.)
Experience executing all aspects of a paid social media campaign including targeting recommendations platform selection ad type selection placing ads and optimizing for performance
Ability to educate clients on compliance rules and the FDA and FTC regulations guiding social media and influencer efforts in highly regulated industries
Excellent verbal/written communication and client presentation skills
Team player with a growth mindset and ability to manage shifting priorities
Ability to work independently be selfdirected and demonstrate initiative
Strong organizational and time management skills
Experience working in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry or other highly regulated spaces
