As a Supervisor in Provider Data Quality Management, you will:

To succeed in this role, candidates should bring:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Data Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Experience: 4+ years of experience in healthcare provider data management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.

Technical Skills: Proficiency with healthcare data management systems, Excel, SQL, and knowledge of claims processing.

Compliance Knowledge: Strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, HIPAA, and NCQA standards.

Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
