About the position
The Clinical Operations Specialist (COS) Supervisor at Insulet Corporation is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the COS team, ensuring effective management of processes, and driving continuous improvement through data analysis and project management. This role requires strong administrative and managerial skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively across various functions within the company and with external partners.
Responsibilities
Ā• Supervise day-to-day operations for the Clinical Operations Specialist team, serving as the main escalation point for any questions/issues and managing processes.

Ā• Set up Certified Pod Trainers in CRM for product certification.
,
Ā• Initiate training contracts for clinics and certified pod trainers.
,
Ā• Audit trainings submitted in CRM.
,
Ā• Setup vendor accounts.
,
Ā• Define, manage, and implement enhancements to processes and systems to refine the Clinical Operations structure.
,
Ā• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports as requested.
,
Ā• Provide coaching and feedback to the Clinical Operations Specialist team.
,
Ā• Work in conjunction with Compliance, Legal and Accounts Payable to assist in responding to contacts.

Ā• Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Ā• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in field/office management role.
,
Ā• Strong background in workforce management, service quality management and contracting management.
,
Ā• Excellent interpersonal, managerial organizational skills, ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
,
Ā• Ability to prioritize, actively seek input and create/innovative solutions to support the Clinical Team.
,
Ā• Experience providing remote support.
,
Ā• Very strong computer skills to include, but not limited to Microsoft Software and Salesforce.
