Job description: Quantic School of Business and Technology is seeking Subject Matter Experts to evaluate, grade and support students in the completion of MBA and Executive MBA student projects in Management, Organizational Behavior, Leadership or Strategy. Candidates must have a PhD, DBA or other terminal degree in in one of the above areas, as well as experience teaching at the graduate level, preferably on an MBA program. Candidates without a PhD or equivalent cannot be considered.
This is a part-time, remote contract and may be based anywhere within the United States or United Kingdom. Immediate start.
This is a fully remote, part-time, 1099 contractor position. Compensation is $20/hr for the training period and $10/project. Depending on the project, grading takes between 5-20 minutes.
Essential Functions:
• Grade student projects in Management, Organizational Behavior, Leadership or Strategy
• Provide detailed feedback to students in line with a grading rubric
• Turnaround projects in accordance with deadlines
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for students with questions related to strategy content within the MBA and Executive MBA degrees at Quantic School of Business and Technology
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
• PhD, DBA, or other terminal degree related to Management, Organizational Behavior, Leadership or Strategy
• Expert understanding of Management, Organizational Behavior, Leadership or Strategy
• Experience teaching Management, Organizational Behavior, Leadership or Strategy at the graduate level
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Authorized to work in the United States or United Kingdom
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience teaching other Business disciplines at the graduate level
