Key Responsibilities
Assist with business activities and processes, including data analysis, research, and project management
Participate in team meetings, presentations, and projects, and contribute to the development of innovative solutions
Research emerging trends and technologies, and evaluate their potential impact on our business
Generate reports, promotional materials, and other work products to support our business objectives
Serve internal and external customers, including independent agents, policyholders, and other stakeholders
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this internship, you must meet the following requirements:
Enrolled as a full-time undergraduate student or part-time graduate student at an accredited college or university
Majoring in Entrepreneurship, Business, or a related discipline, with an interest in start-ups and innovation
Previous internships in the insurance industry are preferred, but not required
Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher, with unofficial transcripts required for application
Ability to work up to 40 hours per week, with a flexible schedule to accommodate your academic commitments
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and related software, with excellent communication and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in the insurance industry, including internships or co-op programs
Knowledge of insurance principles, practices, and regulations
Experience with data analysis, research, and project management
