- Develop and write new knowledge articles based on requests
- Update existing knowledge articles through routine maintenance
- Communicate with subject matter experts to verify information for knowledge requests
- Assist in managing the Knowledge Enablement team's queues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Enrollment in classes as part of an SNHU degree program
- Access to a personal computer and the Internet
- Access to Microsoft Teams
