They are seeking a Student Finance Analyst to accurately process institutional refunds and Return to Title IV calculations, as well as manage student stipend processing and reporting.ResponsibilitiesProcessing institutional refund calculations for withdrawn studentsProcessing R2T4 calculations for withdrawn studentsEnrollment updates in the National Student Loan Data SystemProcessing student stipends for Title IV credit balancesProcessing stale-dated checksMaintain accurate data in Anthology and related student information systemsSkillsMinimum 1 year of experience working in a business office, banking or accounting environmentAbility to communicate effectively and work as part of a teamOrganized and detail orientedAbility to multi-task and effectively prioritize workload based on urgency and deadlinesKnowledge of MS Excel, including pivot tables and simple formulasPreference will be given to individuals who have previous experience working as a Financial Aid Assistant or Specialist at a higher education institutionBachelor's degree with coursework in business, finance, auditing or accounting preferredBenefitsMedical, Dental and Vision starting the 1st of the month following 30 days of employment2 Weeks’ starting Vacation per year.
