What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform duties related to the Responsible Beverage Service Training Program and Online Licensing Services support system
- Work remotely with access to a local ABC district office for laptop pick-up/drop-off
- Adhere to established procedures under the supervision of a Staff Services Manager
- Provide centralized support for the RBSTP and online licensing services
- Ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines set by the employer
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be a college student enrolled in classes at an accredited college or university
- Completion of a pre-employment background investigation, including fingerprinting
- Ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
- Proficiency in PC skills and adaptability to changing priorities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual-Spanish speaking preferred
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Good attendance record and dependability
- Prior experience in a similar role or industry
