Student Ambassador – Fitness Career Project (US & Canada)
We’re recruiting highly motivated students across private high schools and universities in the US and Canada to become Campus Marketing & Community Ambassadors for a rapidly growing personal training initiative led by Tyson, a certified fitness coach and Military Liaison.
- This is not just a student gig. It's your entry point into high-impact marketing strategy, community leadership, and long-term growth in the fitness industry.
Your Mission: Build a Movement on Your Campus
You’ll be at the forefront of creating a local fitness-focused community. Your role is to help:
- Promote our support group for students interested in fitness careers.
- Spark conversations around fitness, wellness, and personal growth.
- Help market our Free Webinar on becoming a certified personal trainer.
- Bring in motivated students from your school who are passionate about fitness or looking to explore side-hustles or career paths.
We’ll equip you with everything you need:
- Message templates
- Story ideas
- DM strategies
- Growth frameworks
- Lead conversion techniques
- Ongoing 1:1 coaching + team training sessions
You won’t do this alone — we’ll teach you how to be a growth marketer.
Compensation & Incentives (Performance-Based)
- You’ll be compensated based on the number of verified leads you bring in and how many of those convert into our paid coaching or course programs.
- Top ambassadors can make $1,000 to $1,500+ in just a few weeks
- Performance reviews may unlock team lead or regional manager roles
- There is no income cap — just clear targets and results-driven rewards.
