Process a high volume of orders daily, ensuring accuracy and meeting specific customer requirements
Review orders for accuracy and provide timely responses to customer inquiries
Manage online customer orders and associated data via EDI portals
Generate internal reports to sales and production teams
Communicate regularly with the warehouse to ensure customer satisfaction
Invoice orders daily, weekly, and as needed
Support sales and marketing teams as required
Perform other general office duties, including rotating tasks within the department as needed
Requirements:
Proven experience in data entry using software, online portals, and spreadsheets
Familiarity with ERP software (previous experience preferred)
Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail and exceptional time management skills
Experience in customer service and order processing environment (preferred)
Ability to follow written, audio, visual, and verbal directions
