We are seeking an accomplished Customer Manager, Sam's Club to join our dynamic Commercial team at Tropicana Brands Group. As a key leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing annual sales plans to drive growth across the Chilled and Ambient categories at Sam's Club. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute annual sales plans to drive growth and profitability for Tropicana Brands Group at Sam's Club
Build and maintain strong business relationships with Sam's Club merchants to grow our business and deliver against sales, revenue, and profit goals
Lead customer negotiations, joint business planning, and cross-functional collaboration to align with customer goals and objectives
Analyze market trends, customer priorities, and sales data to identify profitable growth opportunities and inform strategic plans
Manage the Tropicana Brands Group Sam's Club Customer P&L and leverage expert understanding of system economics and value chain to deliver against financial goals
Lead annual sales, revenue, profit, and key performance indicators planning (AOP- Annual Operating Plan)
Oversee demand planning and supply chain customer service processes to ensure accurate demand forecasting and on-time order fulfillment
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably with a consumer-packaged goods organization
3+ years of fact-based direct selling experience
Exceptional customer management, negotiation, and cross-functional leadership skills
Strong influencing skills to gain alignment and commitments with internal and external stakeholders
Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
Superior analytical, critical thinking, and thought leadership skills
Financial acumen to build sound and compelling profit-driving propositions
Strong PC skillset, especially on PowerPoint and Excel
