Strategy & Operations Associate (m/f/d) The Opportunity We’re looking for a Strategy & Operations Associate to join our CEO Office. This is a high impact role working closely with the leadership team on diverse fast paced projects that have impact across the business. You’ll be a hands-on operator driving projects, building scalable processes, and helping our leadership team make fast, high-quality decisions. This opportunity is for a builder - someone who is comfortable with the unknown and ambiguity, wants to have ownership, make things happen and see impact in their work. This role is about execution at the highest level: spotting opportunities, solving bottlenecks, and driving alignment across teams. You’ll develop a deep understanding of how a fast-growing SaaS marketplace works, work closely with the founders and leadership time, while sharpening your analytical and operational skills. You will join a massively international team, with 110 Cargonauts of 40 nationalities working across 23 countries in a fully remote set up. This is a unique, entrepreneurial opportunity to be driving the digitalization of the global $182bn air freight and logistics market in a fast-growing Series B company backed by leading Venture Capital firms including Index and Bessemer . What You’ll Be Doing This is a truly diverse role where no two weeks will look the same, but some examples of what you might expect: Run point on projects across the organisation that help us accelerate and grow faster including developing commercial models, driving strategic initiatives, and deep diving on topics to support pivotal decisions. Form a deep understanding of the business to identify key metrics, building dashboards and reports that enable leaders a clear view on progress and challenges without chasing numbers across teams. Strengthen the front lines by stepping into teams across the business when extra firepower is needed to solve critical problems or move the needle on big projects. Design and roll our operating cadences, tools and systems that keep a global company aligned, connected, collaborating and accountable. Who We’re Looking For 3–6+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or consulting, ideally in a tech or high-growth environment Strong analytical toolkit - advanced Excel/Sheets skills, self sufficient in SQL and BI tools a must Proven project management skills; able to juggle multiple priorities and deliver results Excellent communicator; you bring clarity, influence, and structure to complex issues Builder mindset: you thrive on designing systems, processes, and solutions that scale Pragmatic and outcome-focused; you care about making things work, not just making them look good ❤️ Why You’ll Love It Here You are a builder, are hungry to drive change and have impact You value building great relationships and trust with your team and managers.
