The Systems, Inventory & Product (SIP) team is radically transforming the retail inventory experience of the future, from a smart store experience to a dynamic, digital product flow enabled by supply chain. Our mission is to deliver a suite of solutions across technology, analytics and product flow to enable a frictionless inventory experience. As a strategy analyst, you will • Foster a culture of benchmarking and inspiration from internal and external sources • Harness emerging technology to innovate, incubate, and scale in our stores and supply chain • Assess the financial and operational impact of systems and initiatives using problem-solving and alternative analysis methodologies • Build business cases to focus on capability analysis, functional levers, and opportunity identification & prioritization to support quick decision-making, tell the value delivery story, and make the greatest impact • Create impactful visual representations of analytic insights WeÂ’d Love To Hear From People With • Data analysis and modeling - 2 years • Strategic planning and management consulting - 2 years • Critical thinking and problem solving • Data visualization tools; e.g., Microsoft Power BI, Tableau • Financial and statistical understanding • Inventory management • Oracle BI applications • Basic SQL - preferred • Data cleansing and transformation tools; e.g., Alteryx - preferred • QSR, casual dining, and/or fast-casual restaurant inventory flow - preferred • Root Cause Analysis - preferred • Systems design & architecture - preferred From free coffee to competitive pay, Starbucks is proud to offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package to our eligible part-time and full-time partners.
