What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage strategic sourcing initiatives for research tools and report purchases, ensuring compliance with internal processes and regulations
- Develop and maintain an internal database of purchased tools, including usage and budgeting details
- Oversee the EY SharePoint site to provide consultants with access to available tools and associated costs
- Validate payments, invoices, and work orders for suppliers, addressing disputes in collaboration with legal and finance teams
- Support client servers by managing a shared mailbox and providing timely responses to inquiries
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proven ability to provide a high-quality experience to internal and external clients
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous knowledge of EY tools such as Mercury, BRIDGE, and sourcing requests
- Strong experience managing and analyzing data in Excel
- Experience with invoicing, journal entries, and tracking payments
