We are looking for an energetic and organized Google Customer Success Specialist to join our team at CDW. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and customer service to our clients using Google products. Train customers on the use of Google products

Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction
Stay up to date on Google product updates and changes
Collaborate with team members to ensure customer success
Provide feedback and recommendations to management on customer service practices and processes
Maintain customer records and document customer interactions
