Strategic Projects Senior Analyst – Pegasus

Job Description: • Build and maintain Tableau dashboards to track Corporate Development activities and senior leadership leveraging data sourced from Salesforce • Provide orientation and technical support to team • Identify and implement areas of improvement in the Salesforce ecosystem • Liaison with Salesforce development team on issues and improvements • Educate Corporate Development team on changes to platform or workflows • Strategy thought partner, ad hoc analysis and reporting as needed Requirements: • Experience with Salesforce (preferred) or other CRMs • Experience in data visualization platforms (Tableau preferred) • Experience in Excel data manipulation • Interest and strengths in data analysis and innovation • A focus on analytical process improvement • A self-starter mentality and thoughtful execution abilities • Strong communication skills, ability to communicate well at the VP-level • Prioritization skills, ability to manage multiple workstreams concurrently • Bachelor’s degree • 2+ years of experience with data analytics and business intelligence; regulated industry experience preferred Benefits: • Comprehensive benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, paid time off, PTO cash out • Support for you and your family: Family resources, EAP counseling sessions, access Headspace®, backup child and elder care, maternity/paternity leave and more • Professional development programs: DaVita offers a variety of programs to help strong performers grow within their career and also offers on-demand virtual leadership and development courses through DaVita’s online training platform StarLearning.
