Strategic Project Manager - Live Games Central team

Role Conduct monetization benchmarks to support the Live Games Lead in optimizing revenue strategies.Analyze financial performance, including studio costs and profitability, to drive business efficiency.Gather and synthesize product feedback to improve game quality and engagement.Monitor and refine game development processes, ensuring continuous improvement through monthly roadmap reviews.Assess studio operations, tracking key performance indicators to identify best practices and areas for optimization.Support talent acquisition efforts, helping to attract and recruit top industry talent.Work cross-functionally across finance, product, and talent teams to enhance overall business performance.Manage multiple strategic initiatives, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability across different business topics. Profile Experience in Tier 1 consulting or a fast-growing tech/scale-up environment.Strong strategic thinking and financial analysis skills (P&L, fundraising, business planning).A versatile and entrepreneurial mindset, able to quickly adapt.Passion for gaming and technology, with an ability to drive cross-functional projects.A low-ego, problem-solving approach, with strong organizational and leadership abilities.Clear communicationRegular interactions with VP and C-LevelsFluency in English (French is a plus).Bonus: Experience in gaming, product management, or finance.
