Monitor and ensure compliance with all international trade laws and regulations for imported and exported goods.

Stay updated on changes in customs regulations and communicate any updates to relevant teams within the company.

Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify any potential compliance issues and recommend corrective actions.

Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure all necessary documentation and paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Work closely with customs brokers and government agencies to facilitate smooth and efficient customs clearance processes.

Develop and implement compliance training programs to educate employees on customs regulations and best practices.

Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any customs-related issues or inquiries.

Maintain accurate and organized records of all customs-related activities and transactions.

Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track compliance metrics and identify areas for improvement.

Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential compliance risks.

Represent the company in meetings with government agencies and participate in industry conferences to stay updated on customs compliance trends and best practices.

Uphold ethical standards and promote a culture of compliance within the company.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for improving overall supply chain efficiency and compliance.

Serve as a subject matter expert on customs compliance matters and provide guidance and support to colleagues as needed.
