What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities):
Represent the Department in local, state, and national partnerships.
Serve as a primary point of contact for Local Workforce Development Boards/Areas.
Champion a continuous improvement culture within the team.
Coordinate with public workforce system partners to implement the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) State Plan.
Manage organizational and interagency dynamics within a team-oriented environment.
What You'll Bring (Qualifications):
Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
Five years of experience in Workforce Development, Economic Development, or a related field.
Strong understanding of long-range and strategic planning concepts.
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Bonus Points (Preferred Qualifications):
Master's Degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
Seven years of experience in Workforce Development, Economic Development, or a related field.
Demonstrated project management skills.
Proven facilitation skills.
Experience managing organizational and interagency dynamics.
