Position: Partnerships Project Manager I
Type: Contract
Compensation: $45ā$60/hour
Location: Remote
Role Responsibilities
ā¢ Collaborate with Partner Solutions Managers and Strategic Partner Managers to analyze partner account performance. Identify areas for improvement and opportunities for product adoption.
ā¢ Support partner performance, goal tracking, market trends, and forecasting. Identify potential challenges or opportunities for the in-market team.
ā¢ Partner with cross-functional teams across Operations, Programs, and Partnerships.
ā¢ Anticipate bottlenecks and balance business objectives with technical and operational constraints. Resolve blocking issues between internal stakeholder groups.
ā¢ Handle the pace and ambiguity of a start-up environment.
Qualifications
Must-Have
ā¢ 3+ years of experience in consulting, strategic partnerships, account, partner, or project management.
ā¢ Knowledge of the music and entertainment ecosystem.
ā¢ Experience working directly with Entertainment partners.
ā¢ Industry experience in Tech, Social Media, Digital, or Entertainment.
ā¢ Self-starter with strong operational background; comfortable prioritizing work streams and communicating priorities to leadership and stakeholders.
ā¢ Experience with Data Analysis and public presentations to a diverse audience.
Preferred
ā¢ Fluent in Spanish.
