We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Strategic Marketplace Growth Architect to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in expanding our presence within the 3P marketplace, fostering growth for both our platform and our valued sellers.
This Architect position is strategically chartered with identifying, cultivating, and nurturing high-potential seller relationships that directly contribute to the enrichment of our product selection, competitive pricing strategies, and overall customer satisfaction. You will be a key driver in uncovering product gaps and implementing effective Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies to attract key marketplace players, thereby maximizing our product diversity and expanding our customer base. You will be a champion for our sellers, ensuring they have the tools and insights to thrive in the dynamic world of online commerce.
Primary Responsibilities:

Deep Marketplace Expertise: Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the marketplace landscape, including seasonal trends, global dynamics, and competitor activities. Proactively monitor industry developments and emerging opportunities.
Strategic Seller Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and onboard high-caliber sellers to our platform through targeted outreach, industry events, and compelling presentations. Cultivate strong, long-term partnerships with key sellers.
Seller Enablement & Guidance: Provide expert guidance to sellers on best practices for online selling, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize their product listings, enhance customer experience, and achieve their business objectives.
Internal & External Stakeholder Collaboration: Effectively collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, operations) and external stakeholders to identify and resolve seller challenges, ensuring a smooth and positive selling experience.
Market Opportunity Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify unmet customer needs and emerging product categories, informing strategic growth initiatives.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to seller growth and marketplace performance, providing regular reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
Competitive Intelligence: Continuously analyze competitor strategies and identify opportunities to differentiate our platform and offerings.
Develop and execute targeted growth campaigns for specific product categories or seller segments.
Contribute to the development of seller success resources and training materials.

Key Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required.
1-3 years of proven success in enterprise-level sales, with a strong preference for experience within the e-commerce, retail, or FMCG industries.
Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed sales targets through a consultative, solution-oriented approach.
A passion for introducing innovative merchandise and offerings to new markets is highly desirable.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Workplace applications. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and a strong drive for achieving success.
Excellent commercial acumen, coupled with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Advanced analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex economic data.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively, present compelling arguments, and negotiate outcomes.
Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously in a high-energy environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

2+ years of direct experience within the e-commerce sector.
3+ years of experience in consumer electronics sales.
3+ years of experience in direct sales roles.
