Amylu Foods is a rapidly growing CPG company seeking a Strategic Executive Assistant for the Office of the CEO. This role involves providing comprehensive support to the CEO, managing scheduling, travel, and facilitating executive meetings to ensure effective decision-making and execution of company priorities.ResponsibilitiesProvide total-life day-to-day support to the CEO, including scheduling and calendar managementSchedule travel for the CEO (may include any and all forms of domestic or international travel)Continually improve the time management and effectiveness of the Office of the CEOSchedule and coordinate board meetings, executive team meetings, and company functionsFacilitate, collect, and support the preparation and records of board materials and meetingsProvide coordination, monitoring, and communication of programs managed by the CEOLead special projects on behalf of the Office of the CEO as required to support the businessFacilitate and assist in the creation of presentations for the CEO to key stakeholdersSupport executive team meetings, including scheduling and drafting and/or managing agendasDraft memos, announcements, and other related communications on behalf of the CEOManage intricate domestic and international travel and high-profile event appearances for CEOOversee the office environment, and office and facilities management for company headquartersManage printing, faxing, mail/overnight packages, copying, filing, and email/messagesRoutinely perform a wide variety of related administrative duties supporting the office of the CEOSkillsBachelor's degree strongly preferred1-2 years of work experience in a corporate environment preferredExceptional communication skills in both written and oral formsExceptional organizational and time-management skillsAbility to manage a wide range of tasks and priorities at one timeStrong writing and copy-editing skills; ability to proofread and highly detailed and sensitive materialsHighly resourceful self-starter with a can-do attitudeThrives in a fast-paced environmentStrong judgement and decision makingStrong desire to take on new projects and tasks that support the businessStrong desire to grow their career at Amylu FoodsExcellent computer skills, including use of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)BenefitsComprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.401(k) retirement plan with a company match of up to 3.5%Paid Time Off (PTO) plus 40hrs paid sick leave plus 8 paid holidays.Company OverviewAmylu Foods is a food production company in Chicago, Illinois.
