The Role: As a Strategic Alliance Manager to develop and manage key partnerships that drive business growth and market expansion. This role will focus on identifying new partnership opportunities, fostering strong relationships, and working collaboratively with internal teams to enhance partner engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, business development, and relationship management, with a proven ability to generate revenue through strategic alliances. Key Responsibilities Identify, onboard, and maintain strategic and referral partnerships to support business growth. Develop and execute co-selling and joint business development initiatives to maximize revenue opportunities. Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring long-term collaboration and mutual success. Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to align partnership initiatives with business objectives. Track partner performance, analyze key metrics, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization. Negotiate engagement terms and agreements, ensuring clarity and compliance with company standards. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to strengthen partner relationships. Provide partners with the necessary resources, training, and support to drive joint success. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in partnership management, sales, business development, or account management. Proven ability to drive revenue through partnerships and develop long-term business relationships. Strong negotiation skills with experience structuring partnership agreements. Proficiency in CRM and partner management tools to track sales pipelines and engagement. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a results-driven mindset. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in professional services or B2B environments. Understanding of joint marketing strategies and event sponsorships to enhance brand visibility. Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and optimize partnership performance metrics.
