About the Role We're seeking a highly skilled and passionate Customer Care Specialist I – Technical Support and Remote Call Center Customer Experience Associate to join our team. As a remote call center associate, you will be working from the comfort of your own home, providing top-notch technical support and customer service to our valued customers. This is a full-time opportunity that requires a strong passion for helping others, a keen aptitude for technical troubleshooting, and a commitment to delivering world-class customer experiences. Key Responsibilities Provide real-time technical support and troubleshooting to customers, helping them navigate challenges with clarity and professionalism Resolve issues on the first call, ensuring customers never get lost in a frustrating call transfer maze Assess customers' needs, suggest products and services, adjust billing, and arrange product solutions Think and act in ways that put customers first, exceeding their expectations and creating authentic connections Troubleshoot technical issues and upsell when the moment is right, dedicated to constant improvement of technical skills and knowledge Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess a combination of technical skills, customer service experience, and a passion for helping others. Here are the minimum and preferred qualifications: Minimum Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or relevant work experience 6 months experience providing customer service or selling products and services Must live in Phoenix, Tucson, Las Vegas, or a surrounding community within the states of Arizona or Nevada Must have a high-speed internet connection available in your home Preferred Qualifications 6+ months of experience troubleshooting basic hardware, software, and/or connectivity issues 6+ months of experience working in a position that requires meeting sales goals Keen aptitude for helping customers and a customer experience focus 1-2 years of work experience in a customer service role, not necessarily specific to call centers Enthusiastic and personable, with the ability to adapt and thrive in constant change Previous telecommunications experience What We Offer At blithequark, we're committed to providing our employees with the best possible technology, tools, and resources to succeed.
