Operating in the fast-paced stablecoin and crypto ecosystem, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to refine operations, incorporate customer feedback, and optimize global employment processes. Key Responsibilities Client & Contributor Onboarding Guide clients through HRIS and payroll setup, ensuring compliance and efficiency.Support employees and contractors through onboarding, payroll setup, and benefits enrollment.Process Improvement & Customer Feedback Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.Collaborate with sales, legal, finance, and token operations to optimize workflows.Provide feedback on product enhancements and operational challenges.Payroll & Compliance SupportEnsure accurate and timely payroll processing across multiple jurisdictions.Advise on global payroll regulations, benefits, and compliance requirements in the crypto and Web3 space.Customer Success & RetentionBuild strong client relationships and provide ongoing support. Conduct regular check-ins and proactively address client needs. Who You Are 5+ years in customer success, HR, payroll, or compliance, ideally in a startup or global employment setting.Strong understanding of HRIS platforms, payroll processing, and compliance. Proven ability to identify and drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment.Excellent project management and communication skills.Comfortable working in the crypto, stablecoin, or Web3 ecosystem.Experience with multi-country payroll is a plus.
