Job Summary of Store Stocker:
Our Store Stocker are the face of the ALDI shopping experience. Their hard work makes it possible to uphold our company philosophy, providing quality products at the best possible price. Responsibilities of Store Stocker:
? Capable of fulfilling responsibilities with or without appropriate modifications.
? Showcase the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently as described for the role requirements.
? Empties and arranges merchandise while replenishing shelves with newly delivered inventory
? Manages the arrival of new inventory; verifies correct placement within the inventory system
? Clears away and disassembles unused containers
? Operates machinery and follows all safety procedures
? Engages in teamwork and conveys pertinent details to the team leader effectively
? Maintains the protection and privacy of documents and data under their jurisdiction
? Tasks beyond the usual scope of work may be assigned
Qualifications of Store Stocker:
? High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
? Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred
? A combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge
? You must be 18 years of age or older to be employed for this role at ALDI
? Selects products efficiently and accurately
? Ability to safely and properly operate powered industrial equipment
? Gives attention to detail and follows instructions
? Effective time management; maximizes productivity
? Problem-solving skills
Physical Demands of Store Stocker:
? Regularly required to stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk about the store
? Ability to stock merchandise from store receiving to shelving
? Ability to place product, weighing up to 45 pounds, on shelving at various heights
