Skillfulness in Learning and Sharing Expertise about Merchandise and Trends to Meet Customers Needs
Maintains a strong understanding of all products, keeping up with both current and emerging industry trends

Novice Retail Professional
Successful customer service requires feeling confident and at ease when engaging with customers to deliver an exceptional experience

The job necessitates adaptability in scheduling, including availability on weekends, holidays, and during nontraditional hours
