We are seeking a Security Program Manager who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role will serve as the main point of contact for both the customer and internal project managers, ensuring end-to-end execution of physical and electronic security programs. The Security Program Manager is accountable for aligning expectations, maintaining consistent communication, and driving program success through operational excellence and client-focused leadership.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary liaison between the customer and internal stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, operations, and executive leadership.
• Act as the single point of accountability for program performance, scope adherence, and customer satisfaction across all assigned projects.
• Lead kickoff meetings, progress updates, and program reviews with both customers and internal teams.
• Coordinate the execution of security programs including access control, video surveillance, and intrusion detection
• Translate customer goals into actionable implementation plans while balancing technical feasibility and resource availability.
• Monitor progress, proactively identify risks or delays, and lead resolution efforts with internal project managers and subcontractors.
• Ensure all deliverables meet contractual obligations and align with customer expectations.
• Oversee program reporting, financial tracking, and forecasting in collaboration with internal teams.
• Support ongoing account development through cross-functional planning and by identifying additional customer needs.
Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in program or project management within the security integration or physical security industry.
• Proven ability to manage complex programs while serving as the main point of contact for clients and internal delivery teams.
• Strong knowledge of access control, CCTV, intrusion systems, and related technologies.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with a strong customer service orientation.
• Experience coordinating across departments and managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Proficiency with project management and CRM software (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project).
Preferred Skills
• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience with enterprise or government customers.
• Understanding of compliance and security standards such as UL 2050, NISPOM, ISO 27001, or similar.
• Background in managed services or long-term account management environments.
