Your responsibilities will include:- Inventory Management: Handle the receiving, allocation, and reconciliation of stock with high accuracy. Conduct weekly stock audits for indirect outlets assigned to you.- Sales Support: Assist in stock allocation, support customers with product upgrades, and manage aged stock effectively.- Reverse Logistics: Track and manage the return of stock to the warehouse, ensuring all procedures are followed, and documentation is completed accurately.- Customer Service: Log and resolve customer inquiries, troubleshoot device issues, manage in-warranty repairs, and ensure customer satisfaction through efficient service.- Retail Space Management: Keep our retail hub neat, clean, and visually appealing, ensuring marketing materials are in good condition and requesting replacements when necessary.- Reporting: Provide daily reports on stock activities, ensuring accuracy and transparency in all records.What We’re Looking For:- Excel Wiz: You’re comfortable with Excel and enjoy working with data.- Eager to Learn: You have a positive attitude and a passion for growth and development.- Customer Care or Stock Management Experience: You have experience in customer care or stock management.
