This fully remote position specializes in commercial trucking claims and requires strong experience in auto liability, bodily injury, and litigation. You’ll be adjusting more complex multi-jurisdictional claims with a focus on accuracy, timely resolution, and superior client service.ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll Do:Investigate, evaluate, and adjust multi-line claims in accordance with company guidelines and jurisdictional requirementsFocus primarily on commercial auto/trucking losses involving auto liability, property damage, and bodily injuryAnalyze litigation exposure and manage litigated files, including attending mediations and legal proceedings when appropriateEstablish and monitor reserves, approve payments, and negotiate settlements within your authorityCoordinate and oversee vendors such as legal counsel, surveillance, or case management providersCommunicate proactively with claimants, clients, and other key stakeholdersContribute to client reviews, team meetings, and internal training effortsMaintain diary, document claim activity accurately, and comply with corporate handling standardsQualificationsWhat You Bring:5+ years of recent experience in multi-line claims adjustingCommercial trucking claim handling experience requiredStrong knowledge of auto liability, BI, and litigation strategiesHome state adjuster’s license required; multiple state licenses highly preferredSolid negotiation, organizational, and written communication skillsExperience handling national accounts or high-exposure losses a plusWhy CCMSI?Remote flexibility with stable weekday hoursManageable caseloads so you can do your best work4 weeks of PTO in your first year + 10 paid holidaysFull benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), ESOP & moreA company culture that lives by its core values: integrity, client focus, continuous improvement, and employee ownershipMake your next move your best one.
