What You Can Expect: • Support Star Ratings performance across all product lines (Medicare Advantage, Commercial, Exchange), with an emphasis on helping develop the Medicare Stars program • Serve as a subject matter resource for Medicare Star Ratings, CMS Quality Rating System, and NCQA Health Plan Ratings ensuring compliance and assisting with audit readiness. • Partner with internal teams and external vendors to optimize data reporting, maintain data accuracy and integrity, and identify opportunities for improvement • Contribute to quality initiatives and provide informal leadership and guidance; role begins with no direct reports but will grow into supervisory responsibilities Qualifications: • Education: Bachelors degree or experience in lieu of degree • Experience: 5 years experience • Strongly preferred: Medicare Advantage Stars experience For more information, please contact Julie at [email protected] Why St. Luke's: At St. Luke’s, caring for people in the communities we serve is our mission – and this includes our own SLHS team.
