Staffing Sales Executive - REMOTE - 150k base to 300k OTE
We place high end consultants in the Technology and Engineering field.
Consultants between 60/hr and 150/hr.
Looking to add Salesperson who has experience to expand our footprint in CT and New England placing consultants and perm folks.
Base pay range - 115k to 140k BASE to 300k OTE - uncapped commissions.
Must have at least 5 years of SALES EXPERIENCE IN THE STAFFING INDUSTRY
ā¢ Prospect and develop new client relationships through calls, networking, referrals, and outreach
ā¢ Meet with hiring managers and executives to understand their workforce challenges
ā¢ Sell temporary staffing, direct hire, and workforce solutions
ā¢ Build a strong sales pipeline and consistently close new business
ā¢ Partner with our recruiting team to deliver qualified candidates quickly
ā¢ Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements
ā¢ Grow and maintain long-term client partnerships
ā¢ Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
