The loans section oversees consumer lending products, including personal loans, student loans, mortgages, auto loans, small business loans and other credit-related products.

The loans team at Forbes Advisor covers a broad range of content, from timely news and explainers on interest rates and lending trends to in-depth guides that help consumers choose the best loan for their needs. The team also develops tools, calculators and methodologies to evaluate and rank lending products, helping readers compare options and understand the true cost of borrowing.
