Staff Software Engineer (Vue.js)

We’recommitted to building an inclusive culture based on trust and innovation.The Staff Frontend Engineer will be tasked with technical design, implementation, and maintenance of high-performance, scalable, and user-friendly web interfaces. They will collaborate closely with the design and product teams to deliver the best userexperience possible.What you will do:● Develop new user-facing features ensuring modern UI/UX designs, using agile and iterative approaches.● Collaborate with the product manager, designers and other engineers in theteam, and with other stakeholders at, to identify and leverage opportunities tomake great use of the web platform to fulfil user and business needs aseffectively as possible.● Build upon and evolve the company's design system and other sharedcomponents to enable consistency and reusability.● Optimise user experiences for performance, usability, accessibility and scalability.● Ensure our frontend systems protect us and its users’ security and privacy.● Improve and evolve tools and systems for building, testing, deploying andmonitoring frontend services.● Lead and mentor other frontend and fullstack engineers.● Lead frontend architectural planning and the development of our softwareand services.● Proactively identify and introduce new concepts, strategies, and technologiesthat enhance our frontend capabilities.● Participate in code reviews across the engineering team, helping the teamproduce high-quality, maintainable code and encouraging learning.● Identify, track and manage key metrics for evaluating the efficacy of ourfrontend systems and practices.What you will bring:● Extensive experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and modern frontendframeworks and tools.● Some experience with Vue 2+.● Familiarity with frontend testing frameworks and tools.● Understanding of frontend performance considerations, debugging andoptimisation techniques.● Demonstrable experience with responsive and adaptive design.● Experience in leading and mentoring junior developers.● Strong problem-solving skills with a creative approach.● Excellent communication and teamwork skills.What we offer:● 100% Remote Work.● WFH allowance: Monthly payment as financial support for remote working.● Career Growth: We have established a career development program accessible for all employees with a 360º feedback that will help us to guideyou in your career progression.● Training: For Tech training at Zartis, you have time allocated during the week at your disposal.
