About the Team:As a Staff Backend Engineer at Neuron7.ai, you will play a key leadership role in architecting, developing, and optimizing the backend infrastructure for our cutting-edge products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver scalable, high-performance systems while mentoring and guiding other engineers. What You’ll Do:Design, implement, and maintain scalable backend systems.Develop and optimize distributed systems capable of handling large-scale traffic and data.Lead the architecture and design of critical components and systems.Write clean, maintainable, and efficient codeCollaborate with product managers, frontend engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions.Ensure the backend systems are reliable, secure, and performant.Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement robust solutions.Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level engineers.Stay updated on the latest technologies and trends in backend development and distributed systems.
