Staff Product Manager - Cloud & Security

As a Product Manager at Vanta, you will be responsible for the overall efficacy and impact of the product features in your area of responsibility. Specifically, that means that you will own the customer voice for your product area, and therefore will be the decision maker for prioritization for your cross-functional team of designers and engineers. You’ll also be responsible for collaborating more broadly with cross-departmental partners like Sales, Marketing and Customer Service to deeply serve customers throughout their Vanta journey.You’ll lead the Cloud, Code, and Security product team at Vanta, which supports compliance-related security outcomes for our customers. You will help support our customers integrations to cloud, version control, and security-related tools, own cloud and security related experiences including tests and product pages, and take on the strategy for our future security offerings.What you’ll do as a Staff Product Manager at Vanta:Deeply understand our customers and our marketDistill complex problems and opportunities into clearly prioritized product goals, focus for your team, and high-quality execution in collaboration with stakeholders across the companyDeliver a high quality product addressing key customer pain points and creating opportunities for competitive advantageHelp to define and shape Vanta's product team culture as we growHow to be successful in this role:Have 6+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record for delivering high-quality products to customersHave clear prior experience working with cloud or cybersecurity products.
