Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Machine Learning Engineer specialized in Applied AI to lead innovative projects at the intersection of AI/ML and Fintech. The ideal candidate will drive the development and implementation of advanced machine learning models and solutions, enhancing our product offerings and improving customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
⢠Design and develop machine learning models and algorithms for applied AI projects in the fintech domain.
⢠Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML capabilities into existing systems and products.
⢠Research and implement cutting-edge technologies such as large language models (LLMs) and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
⢠Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and infrastructure to support AI initiatives.
⢠Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers in the team.
⢠Evaluate and optimize model performance, ensuring high accuracy and efficiency in production environments.
⢠Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML, and apply best practices to enhance project outcomes.
Qualifications
⢠Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
⢠Proven experience in machine learning and artificial intelligence, with a focus on applied projects.
⢠Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in relevant ML libraries and frameworks.
⢠Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques.
⢠Experience in the fintech industry, with an understanding of financial products and services.
⢠Demonstrated ability to work on complex problems and deliver innovative solutions.
⢠Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
