Job title: React Developer - Remote Position Company: Double Up Digital Job description: We are seeking an experienced React Developer to join our dynamic software development team remotely. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining high-quality web applications using React and its ecosystem. The React Developer will work closely with the UX/UI design team, product managers, and other developers to deliver innovative and intuitive solutions for our customers. Key Responsibilities: • Design and develop high-quality web applications using React, Redux, and other related technologies. • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code, using modern software development practices. • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of coding standards and guidelines. • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces. • Work with product managers and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Stay up-to-date with emerging web technologies and programming languages and proactively seek opportunities to integrate them into our solutions. Required Skills: • At least 3 years of experience in developing web applications using React. • Strong understanding of React and its ecosystem, including Redux, React Router, and React Hooks. • Strong understanding of integrating Content Management Systems (CMS) with frameworks like Gatsby and Next.js. • Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, including ES6 syntax and modern front-end development practices. • Experience with REST APIs and integrating with back-end systems. • Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools, such as Webpack and Babel. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to break down complex requirements into manageable tasks. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Skills: • Experience with other front-end frameworks and libraries, such as Angular or Vue.js. • Experience with unit testing frameworks, such as Jest or Mocha. • Experience with data visualization libraries, such as D3.js or Chart.js. • Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban. • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS or Google Cloud.
